Structure of a Reiki Healing Circle
Opening Ceremony: The circle typically begins with a brief moment of silence that may be used to center, as a short meditation, or a prayer to set intentions for the session.
Sharing: Participants may either write down or share their intentions, experiences, or any specific areas where they seek healing. This fosters a sense of connection and trust among the group.
